MCC16 series forklift truck is a man-on-top type narrow aisle three-way stacking forklift truck with a rated load of 1.6 tons, main lifting height of 4.5-12.5m, and secondary lifting height of 1.7m. The body does not need to be steered, and it can realize stacking and loading and unloading of goods on both sides of the aisle through 180° rotation of the forks and left and right side shifts. The cab can be lifted for high picking and inventory operations. It has two operation modes: standing driver and sitting driver, and has a good working field of vision.
Ultra-narrow aisle to increase warehouse capacity:
the minimum net stacking aisle for the entire vehicle is only 1.65 meters, which significantly provides warehouse capacity.
Stacking and picking in one vehicle:
the driver can go up with the cab to carry out stacking and picking operations with good visibility, which improves work efficiency.
Comfortable and safe operation:
the seat can be folded down to meet the requirements of picking and stacking operations, and the arm guards are equipped with safety switches to enhance safety.
Shorter and safer braking distance:
large-diameter bearing wheels, equipped with all-wheel electromagnetic braking, better braking effect, higher emergency braking safety and shorter braking distance.
Forks can rotate 180°:
no need to steer the vehicle in the narrow aisle, 180° rotation of the forks and left/right side shift can be used to realize the stacking, loading and unloading of goods on both sides of the aisle.
80V full AC system, low energy consumption:
80V full AC maintenance-free system is adopted, which makes the whole truck respond more quickly and accurately, and has low energy consumption to meet the requirements of heavy working conditions.
